PRIVACY
POLICY: Your security and satisfaction are
our top priorities. We never, ever, share our customer lists or ordering
information with anyone else! The
Frog Store does not sell its address list, or provide it to any other user for
mailing or advertisement. We do not send unsolicited email or postal mail.
SECURITY:
The Frog Store uses a state-of-the-art secure server and an encrypted database to make sure your
credit card information can't be intercepted. When you reach the final order
page, you'll notice the "https:" prefix on the page URL that indicates
you are on a secure server. All credit card information is
regularly purged from our database for extra security.
HOW TO ORDER:
We have four easy ways to order your frogs!
(1) Order online! Browse through
the store using the "shopping cart" system to fill out your order form. You'll
have a chance to review the form and change items and quantities, and then click the link
to complete your shipping information and credit card information on our secure server.
It's that easy! You will receive an immediate automatic email response to confirm your
order. Online orders normally ship within 2-3 business days.
(2) Fax your order! Faxed orders with complete credit card
information (including signature) will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Print out a
copy of your shopping cart order form or your filled-in copy of the
Printable Order Form, write in your credit card information and
signature, and fax to (541)752-5373. Be sure to include
your email address so we can send you an order confirmation, and so we can contact you if we have questions.
(3) Mail your order! You can use our "shopping
cart" system to automatically fill out your order form as you select items, then
print it out when finished. Or, if you prefer, go to our
Printable Order Form to print out a
blank form that you can fill in by hand as you browse through the store. Then mail in the
order form with a check or money order, or with your credit card information,
to: The Frog Store, 1065 NW Charlemagne Place, Corvallis, OR 97330.
Please note: Orders paid by Money Order will be shipped in 2-3 business
days, but orders paid by personal check will be held up to 10 days for the check to
clear.
(4) Call our toll-free Hopline! Please have your
ordering information ready. Just phone our Hopline at 888-882-1290 to place an
order. Please note that this phone is not staffed at all hours; if you should
reach our answering machine please leave a message and we will call you back.
USING THE SHOPPING CART:
Here's how the cart system works, in case you haven't used it before:
- Browse through our product selections, by clicking a product category that
interests you.
- When you see something you like, click on the tiny thumbnail picture to see a
larger picture and a description.
- If you think you'd like to buy it, enter the quantity and click the
"Add to Cart" button. You will see your total in the "Your Cart"
table at the top of every page.
- When you have finished looking through the products, click the
"View Cart" link which appears in the top header of every page. You will see a
list of everything you have placed in your shopping cart, each price, and the total cost
of your order including shipping.
- Now you can go through your list and change quantities or delete items,
or go back to a category and continue shopping. When you
are happy with your order, click the "Checkout" button to go to the secure
server.
- You can either type in your shipping and credit card information and submit an
on-line order, or you can print out the page and fill in the shipping information by hand
to mail or fax.
That's it! If you find the shopping cart system confusing, you can always use the Printable Order Form
or just write us a
letter and tell us which items you want. Be sure to include the part numbers so we send
you the right things, plus your check or money order. Include your E-mail address so we
can get back to you right away if we have questions.
If you prefer to write a letter instead of using an order form, we need the following
information to process your credit card:
- The type of card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or
Discover)
- The name on the card, and your address where your credit card bills are
sent
- The card number
- Expiration date
- Your SIGNATURE
